Product Description
This 18mm model kit is a replica of a British 1806 Hamilton Gunboat. These small craft are representative of the ones used in amphibious operations during the Napoleonic era off the cost of Spain and America. It is armed with an 18lbs cannon in the bow and a turreted 12lb carronade in the stern. They were powered with either sails or two banks of oars. This is a beginner level kit and comes with everything to build the hull and mast. The ship comes with one of our cannon and one carronade, but does not come with crew. The kit comes unassembled and unpainted and takes about an hour to build and paint.
